How to choose

Three types, five apartments. Nightly rates start at $70, $80 and $90; floor areas are 775, 850 and 975 square feet.

What differs most between them is how the space is divided, and how many bathrooms.

  • Studio — one open room, 775 sq ft. Sleeps 2, 1 queen bed, 1 bathroom.
  • Two-bedroom2 bedrooms, 850 sq ft. Sleeps 4–5, 2 queen beds, 1 bathroom.
  • Three-bedroom3 bedrooms, 975 sq ft. Sleeps 6, 3 queen beds, 2 bathrooms.

If there are three or four of you, both the two- and three-bedroom work. The two-bedroom starts $10 lower. The three-bedroom has a second bathroom and a third room. Which of those matters more is yours to weigh.

If sharing one bathroom would not suit your party, that is the three-bedroom — at any size.

The open studio: sofa and bed in one room, with air conditioning.
