About Diamond

One open room brings the bed, living space and kitchen together, with one bathroom. At 775 square feet it is 75 square feet smaller than our two-bedroom apartment.

The open plan merges the living space with a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with what you need to cook your own meals. The queen bed sits alongside a built-in wardrobe and a safe vault, so your belongings stay organised however long you stay.

Diamond has a private balcony off the living room, laid with artificial grass and set up with a sink, table and chairs — the spot for morning coffee facing the mountains. Guests can also use the building's rooftop terrace, with 360° views over Kathmandu and Lalitpur, and a laundry area with detergent and supplies provided.

Diamond is on the sixth floor. There is a lift. The Himalayas are visible from mid-September to January.
